Oli's Place is a brand-new, privately owned luxury villa in a perfect location, just a 10 minute stroll from Fireman's Cove , which with it's crystal clear waters is both stunning and safe for swimming and snorkelling. Quiet and peaceful, Kapparis is open all year round and its array of local and cosmopolitan wine bars, internet cafe, supermarkets, shops and international restaurants. This is an ideal villa to relax in, and which to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle and watch the world go by.
It has flexible sleeping arrangements , which means that couples, families and small groups can all benefit alike. Furnished to a very high standard. The property has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom that can be easily made into another double, downstairs hosts a comfy double sofa bed.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views. The rear of the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a BBQ enabling you to dine al fresco through the worm evenings.
There is children's grassed play area that doubles as a great sun bathing space with 6 sun beds to match.
Extra information about the property
Kapparis offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast. A number of new shops including a bakery and a new cafe have recently opened. The nearest beach to the villa, Firemans Bay, is also the most well known, and if you follow the coastal path you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water.
Kapparis is a quiet resort, yet has a great choice of restaurants and bars for those nights that you want to stay close to the villa. The villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax yet it is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 5 minutes away by car.
In addition to the wonderful beaches Protaras is a popular resort offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars, and family entertainment options including mini-golf, a sea aquarium and the evening entertainment at the popular Eden Square. Ayia Napa is situated just a 10 to 15 minute drive/taxi ride along the coast, and offers a wide range of options on a larger and more lively scale, including the famous Nissi Beach and Waterworld, one of the largest water parks in Europe. The town of Paralimni is just 2 kms away and offers a more traditional view of Cyprus with beautiful historic squares and churches, lovely bakeries, cafes and restaurants, and even a Marks and Spencer!.
