The house is situated within the local community of Enterprise, Carters Gap, which is rural, in the parish of Christchurch, and is very close to Oistins and Miami beach
The main town is Oistins, which boasts one of the best fishing ports and fish market in Barbados.
The house is situated in a rural location, and there are no tourists here. So you will find yourself amongst local Bajan people and how they live. Many neighbours in this area have lots of farm animals, pigs, goats, cows, cockerals, hens and lots of dogs. This is great if you like farmyard noises and are not put off by country smells, but if you don't or have an allergy for animals please do not book here.
The house has a very homely feel about it and is very quiet in the evenings.
The front garden is fenced and there is a secluded back yard.
The house has 3 double bedrooms; the smallest room has two single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, one being off the master bedroom.
Each room has an oscillating fan.
