Architectually Stunning House with Infinity Pool! A semi detached house on a hill. The villa is only a fewminutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Baan Sa-moot Sa-wan is a 4 bedroomvilla, sleeps maximum of 12.
Baan Sa-moot Sa-wan's special feature is the rooftop infinity edge pool withjacuzzi jets at one end and has specatacular views! It is spaciously spread outover four floors and has a service lift between all floors including therooftop. The main floor has a spacious open planliving/dining area with spectacular sea views and a dining table for 8. There isa 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD and CD player and sound system.
Wireless internet is provided. The modern European kitchen has an oven,4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle,toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar. Second Floor Thereare 4/5 bedrooms and one more living area.
Master bedroomhas a king size bed and it's en suite bathroom has an exceptionally largeterrazo 2 person bath tub, (from which you have views) shower area, (views also)and wc. The ensuite is decorated to give the romantic mood through the room. Themaster Bedroom has views of the jungle and ocean.
Second bedroomhas a king size bed and is also en suite. This room has the views of the jungle,mountain and a bit over Karon Beach. Third bedroom has twin bedsand en suite.
There is a TV in this bedroom, best suited for children. Thisbedroom also has slight views from the window. Groundfloor Ground floor is self contained (with its own kitchenette) makingit ideal for two families to be seperate and private.
There is a separate livingarea on the ground floor, and one more bedroom. Fourth bedroomhas a king size bed. This also has views and bifold doors leading out to adeck Second Living Area has a pull out queen size sofabed, it alsohas a TV, DVD player, play station 2 with games.
This area can be made intoanother bedroom. All you need to do is close the sliding doors between theliving area and the fourth bedroom. It has bi-fold doors all around leading ontoa surrounding deck with koi pond of which you also have ocean and jungleviewsThere is a small kitchennette, including fridge, kettle, toaster.
They both share separate wc and the beautiful outdoor spa bath area where youcan watch the stars or gaze openly at the view. There is also a washing machine. The rooftop terrace is fully decked with sunlounges and has an infinity edgepool with Jacuzzi jets.
There is a barbeque up on the rooftop. An ideal spot tosit and watch the sunset while sipping your favourite drink.
