This luxurious air conditioned 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is situated near to Los Flamingos Golf and Country Club and 800 metres from the beach and set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains just inland from the famous Puerto Banus Harbour. Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio GarcÃa Garrido and built to enhance the beauty of its surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym.
The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al-fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs.
You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Los Flamingos.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Prices are per accommodation, not per person. Bookings of 3 days or more to accommodate golf parties are acceptable. However we will consider any rental period.
If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. **Arrival & Departure is accepted for any day of the week** **FREE CAR HIRE on bookings of 7 nights or more based on Group A** **FREE WELCOME PACK** In the absence of breakage deposit being taken, Credit Card details are required. This will only be used in the even of any damage, accidental or otherwise caused during the rental period.
