Situated on the edge of the 4th tee of the La Duquesa Golf Course, the property is on a townhouse has magnificent views from it's rooftop terraces. The property is tastefully decorated with a combination of traditional and modern Spanish style furnishings. Communal facilities include a magnificent swimming pool.
La Duquesa is a fantastic base from which to explore the surrounding Andalucian countryside. It is within walking distance of the charming port of Puerto de la Duquesa which is a wonderful mix of the traditional and the modern. The fishing boats unload their catch each morning and sell it at the local market – wonderful for a BBQ.
Puerto de la Duquesa is the place to sit, relax and watch the world go by from any one of its bars and restaurants scattered around the port. This area is excellent for sports devotees with golf, tennis, squash and horse riding all within easy reach.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Prices are per accommodation, not per person. Bookings of 3 days or more to accommodate golf parties are acceptable. However we will consider any rental period.
If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. **Arrival & Departure is accepted for any day of the week** **FREE CAR HIRE on bookings of 7 nights or more based on Group A** **FREE WELCOME PACK** In the absence of breakage deposit being taken, Credit Card details are required. This will only be used in the even of any damage, accidental or otherwise caused during the rental period.
