The apartment is situated on a sophisticated development built in traditional Andalucian style, nestled on a hillside with magnificent sea views. Easily accessible by car to beaches and towns such as Estepona and Marbella, their hillside position guarantees a relaxed and private stay. Built and superbly furnished to reflect the Moorish influences of this particular coast, the apartment has a private area for relaxing and entertaining.
There is a communal swimming pool too all set within stunning landscaped gardens.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Prices are per accommodation, not per person. Bookings of 3 days or more to accommodate golf parties are acceptable. However we will consider any rental period.
If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. **Arrival & Departure is accepted for any day of the week** **FREE CAR HIRE on bookings of 7 nights or more based on Group A** **FREE WELCOME PACK** In the absence of breakage deposit being taken, Credit Card details are required. This will only be used in the even of any damage, accidental or otherwise caused during the rental period.
