This is a fabulous family Penthouse apartment with sea and mountain views. It is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has 2 sun terraces and a large roof terrace with barbeque and shower, ideal for al fresco dining.
The Penthouse is located on a quiet exclusive urbanisation 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is only 35 minutes from Malaga airport and within 1 hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breathtaking mountain scenery. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holidaymaker could wish for.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. At that time, a returnable 'security deposit' of £150 will be required.
