The Penthouse is located on a quiet exclusive urbanisation 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is only 35 minutes from Malaga airport and within 1 hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breathtaking mountain scenery. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holidaymaker could wish for.

bedrooms Master Bedroom 1 has double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.
bathrooms Bathroom 1 has a full bath/shower/washbasin & wc.Bathroom 2 has a large shower/washbasin & wc.
Kitchen The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board.
Living rooms The open plan living room has a double sofa bed, satellite tv, cd player, which opens onto the breakfast terrace with table and chairs.

cleaning / towels / linen / maid service Linen and towels are provided but NOT beach towels, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available at an extra cost of £20 per week for both.

General Information

coast / beach Burriana beach 5 minute walk, Torecilla beach 15 minute walk.
Travel The airport is 35 minutes by car, on the motorway. A private taxi can be arranged in advance (around 75 euros each way).

Golf Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. Skiing/snowboarding The Penthouse is within 1.5 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the sun at Nerja late afternoon!.
