This two bedroom apartment is on a superb development set in its own luxuriant gardens with a large communal swimming pool. The accommodation is spacious, with ample parking and has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has a shower cubicle, and a small dressing area. The twin bedroom has an adjoining shower room .
There is also a spacious fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living/dining area. Leading off the living area is a spacious terrace. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants within easy driving distance and Estepona and Puerto Banus are just 10 minutes away by car.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Prices are per accommodation, not per person. Bookings of 3 days or more to accommodate golf parties are acceptable. However we will consider any rental period.
If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. **Arrival & Departure is accepted for any day of the week** **FREE CAR HIRE on bookings of 7 nights or more based on Group A** **FREE WELCOME PACK** In the absence of breakage deposit being taken, Credit Card details are required. This will only be used in the even of any damage, accidental or otherwise caused during the rental period.
