Set on a development has the ambience of a typical Mediterranean village. The villa has a luxurious interior, is spacious and light. Outside, the typically Andalucian countryside makes a splendid backdrop to the marvellous tropical gardens, elegant walkways and superb swimming pool.
Situated on the Buena Vista hillside, this linked villa is positioned on a tree-lined avenue. Briefly comprises of a small covered terrace leading to the integral garage, entrance hall leading up to the first floor where there is a large living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and guest toilet. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a double en-suite bedroom with a sun terrace leading off and two more twin bedrooms and a separate shower room.
The villa has an elevated position with breathtaking views of the beautiful Mijas Costa, from the hills and down to the sea.
Extra information about the property
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Prices are per accommodation, not per person. Bookings of 3 days or more to accommodate golf parties are acceptable. However we will consider any rental period.
If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. **Arrival & Departure is accepted for any day of the week** **FREE CAR HIRE on bookings of 7 nights or more based on Group A** **FREE WELCOME PACK** In the absence of breakage deposit being taken, Credit Card details are required. This will only be used in the even of any damage, accidental or otherwise caused during the rental period.
