Delightful villa set on three levels with homely feel and modern conveniences. Air conditioning and decorated throughout to high standard. Beautiful open panoramic views across orange groves to the Montgo mountain.
Superb landscaped communal swimming pool nearby with water slides, children's paddling area, poolside club house and football/basketball court. 15 minutes walk (0. 7kms) to Javea's sandy beach.
The upper level consists of a double bedroom, en-suite shower room and a separate bathroom. The middle level comprises the lounge, dining area, kitchen and entrance to the property. The lower level has two further bedrooms and en-suite WC.
Please note that an additional single bed can be placed in the master bedroom on the upper floor should a young child need to sleep close by, however space may be limited. Please request at time of booking. All rooms benefit from portable fans and for the cooler months gas heaters are provided.
Casa Tarka is a semi-detached town house style property on a corner plot situated at the end of a row of similar properties. It is located on a residential complex with pedestrian walkways weaving through the complex. Parking is in a purpose-built road located in the complex.
