Secluded, peaceful and comfortably furnished self-contained apartment set on the ground floor of a large detached villa. Apartment Serenidad is located in a quiet road within a residential area known as Pueblo Alcasar. The apartment boasts its own driveway and shaded car port and has its own access to the apartment.
Not only does Apartment Serenidad have a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with solar powered poolside shower, BBQ and surrounding mature tiered gardens, guests of the apartment also have the use of the nearby impressive communal pool which has a bar/restaurant, tennis courts, large swimming pool with children's paddling area and hard-surface football court. The private pool is shared with the resident owners. Both Moraira town with its sandy beach, pretty marina, shops and restaurants and the old village of Benitachell are a 5 minute drive away with a local supermarket and internet cafe a short 3 minute drive.
There are two bars/restaurants 5 minutes walk. The apartment's private gated driveway and shaded car port has its own walkway through to the pool and surrounding terrace. The entrance into the apartment leads from the swimming pool area and through the shaded naya with garden table and chairs for outside summer dining.
