Situated just fifteen minutes walk to beach with many beach restaurants, Villa Patate is the ideal villa for a restful holiday. On the ground floor it has a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob and washing machine. Leads to dining room and very large lounge with Sat TV, video, stereo and wood burner.
Patio doors from the dining area lead on to covered terrace with large table and chairs, well established gardens with built in barbeque and swimming pool. Spiral stairs on the outside lead up to many terraces, with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full bathroom and a cloakroom with WC and wash-basin.
From the large hallway, stairs lead up to two double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. Fully air-conditioned. The nearby Port of Cabopino is perfect for a lazy breakfast.
There are some 20 golf courses in the area and several tennis clubs. The town of Marbella is just ten minutes drive away.
