A delightful four-bedroom villa, situated in the quiet El Chaparral Urbanisation near to La Cala town, only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, just ten minutes drive into the town of Marbella and five minutes walk to the beach. On the first level there is a brand new kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Large bright and well-furnished lounge/diner with satellite TV.
On this level there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom both with en-suites. On the ground level there is another double bedroom with double bed and bed/settee, again with an en-suite and a small bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom. Steps lead down to a garden with large pool with roman steps.
The villa has views to the sea.
