La Reserva is situated midway between Fuengirola and Puerto Banus, very close to Cabopino and Calahonda and just off the coastal road approximately 10 kilometres outside Marbella Town Centre. There are some thirty good quality golf courses within thirty kilometres. The complex is completely secure and has four swimming pools with feature fountains, communal changing rooms, an outside jacuzzi and ample external showers.
The communal gardens are well stocked with vibrant coloured flowers. One of the apartments has air conditioned and has a large fully furnished lounge with marble floors, TV, CD player, sofa and matching armchair, dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave oven and fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has an en-suite four-piece bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom is a twin room.
The guest bathroom is also four-piece with shower. The apartment has a rooftop terrace with lighting and power points as well as terrace off of the lounge. The other apartment has single beds throughout.
