A roomy villa in San Juan de Capistrano, which is a beautiful urbanisation with mature well tended gardens and is undoubtedly one of thje most popular areas of Nerja. The town and beaches are a short bus ride away and are within walking distance on a cool day. There are lots of facilities in and around San Juan including a huge swimming pool, bars and restaurants.
The villa is semi detached and is situated amidst the gardens, a short walk from the car parking area and swimming pool. The accommodation is particularly spacious with "upside down" accommodation to maximise the benefit of the sea views. On the first floor approached by a short flight of external steps is a large living room with double doors out to a wide terrace with views over Nerja and the coast beyond.
The kitchen is well fitted and on this floor is a double bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor is a hall , bathroom, dressing room (previously another bedroom) 2 big, twin bedrooms, both with doors to a walled courtyard with a jacuzzi tub and citrus trees. The main terrace outside the living room has steps to the courtyard and up to a roof terrace which has spectacular views.
