The villa is separated into two parts. On the ground floor level there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower and utility room with washing machine. Outside is a small garden with several fruit trees and terrace. On the first floor is a terrace with patio tables and chairs and the entrance to the main part of the house, which consists of a salon/diner with satellite TV, CD player and fireplace. From here you reach the small kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There are two bedrooms (1 x double and 1x twin) and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with an en-suite shower room). Steps take you up from the first floor terrace to the roof terrace, furnished with patio tables, chairs and sun-beds. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, Nerja and the whole coastline.This attractive villa is situated in the pretty gardens of the holiday complex San Juan de Capistrano (25 minutes walk to the town centre and 20 minutes to the beach). The complex consists of a large communal swimming pool, several shops and a restaurant/bar. A regular bus service runs from the complex into town and down to Burriana beach.
