The property is in a small exclusive development completed two years ago. It is fully air conditioned and has been furnished by the owners for their own use. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, washer, dish washer, fridge.
freezer. The house is on three floors which are finished in marble throughout. There are two swimming pools and surrounding grass and gardens.
There is a patio and small private garden to the rear and private car parking/patio to the front sufficient for 3/4 cars. The lounge area has sky TV, DVD player, radio etc. The dining area has table and seating for six.
French windows lead from the this area onto the patio and garden. The air conditioning has seperate controls for each of the three floors in the house, and is fully automatic. On the top floor is a double bedroom with french windows and extensive views and a seperate wc/shower room with under floor heating.
The middle floor has two bedrooms, each with twin beds and a seperate wc/bath/shower room. This lovely townhouse is situated 5 minutes walk from the beach(with beach bar), bus stops, taxi rank and local shops. Five minutes drive in one direction is Sabinillas with its wonderful promenade, restaurants and bars, followed by Puerta de la Dequesa, probably the prettiest marina on this coast with endless restaurants.
Ten minutes in the other direction is the town of Estapona, again with its marina, restaurants and shops. There are three golf courses within five minutes drive and the beautiful mountain village of Casares is only a spectacular twenty minutes drive away. For the real shoppers Puerto Banus is a twenty minute drive along the coast, with the mountains on one side and the endlessly blue Mediterranean on the other.
Marbella itself is a further twenty minutes along the coast. For an entirely different shopping experience In the opposite direction Gibralter is a twenty minute drive.
Extra information about the property
£100 non refundable deposit is required with each booking. Balance of payment to be made eight weeks prior to departure dates along with £100 key/damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded subject to satisfactory inspection within 7 days of departure date.
