The views from the apartment overlook the ocean and within the apartment complex are 6 swimming pools, the main pool also has a baby pool. There are 2 restaurants within the complex, and also a Country Club complete with a 5 star Spa (excellent for those relaxing massages and manicures!) and a 3 hole golf course and driving range if you fancy something more strenuous (both of the aforementioned are paid locally!). For the more serious golfer there are a number of other 18 hole golf courses of a high standard close by..
The property would suit most people but is particularly good if you like to relax in peace and quite around the pool in the daytime, as the complex is quite quiet. However, that is not to say that there is no life in the area. The apartment is situated between Estepona and Du Quesa, both of which have lively ports full of a wide range of restaurants catering for all tastes. If you fancy something a bit more lively, then a taxi into Peurto Banus is approximately 40 euros. The apartment is a very good size and is great if you are a family as there are 2 separate bedrooms. The close proximity of Carrefour (approx 6 kms) means that self catering is easy with the fully equipped kitchen enabling you put the kids down, and enjoy a drink on the terrace in peace! Equally the apartment would suit 2 couples. If you are a slightly larger group then there is a comfy sofa bed in the lounge area.
