Our apartment is luxuriously furnished with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. There is a kitchen and laundry area and a large sitting/dining room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout.
It is on the first floor with views from the balcony to the blue flag sandy beach, the swimming pools and the gardens. There is a Sunday market at Sabanillas. Watersports are available high season on the beach.
Nearby Tarifa is a surfers paradise. Duquesa's golf and country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course. It is 400m away and overlooks the Mediterranean with views out to North Africa and Gibraltar.
There are more than 60 golf courses along the 'Costa del Golf. ' Valderrama, Sotogrande, Los Arqueros and Monte Mayor are a few of the many recommended Golf courses within a 30 minute drive. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit in Andalucia.
Marbella is arguably the Costa del Sol's most up market resort. It certainly still attracts the rich and famous and is a very chic beachside retreat for the wealthy international crowd. If you want to join them on the promenade, it is around 30 minutes from La Duquesa.
Granada is about 2 hours drive away and Seville 2. 5 hours.
Extra information about the property
The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher and microwave. It has its own breakfast area off to the side and a separate laundry with a washing machine. The large sitting/dining room has a satellite television including BBC, a video, radio and CD player.
100% cotton sheets and bath towels are provided. This prestigious complex is in a quiet area right on the European blue flag beach with four pools altogether, a sauna and gamesroom set in beautiful tropical gardens. There is a designated secure parking space beneath the block and a lift.
Lively marina area with shops, bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. Table tennis tables also available to residents. Highchair and babybed available on request for a small charge.
No pets and no smoking inside.
