The apartment offers comfortable and well equipped accommodation with luxurious bed linen and lots of towels. It is set in beautiful gardens with a shaped swimming pool and a special pool for toddlers. If you would like a little privacy, you can use your own private garden with its barbecue facilities.
Take advantage of the wonderful Spanish sunshine on the local beaches with the family, where you can enjoy lunch or a cool drink in the local chiringuito. Or, within a few minutes drive you can be in the beautiful mountain area of 'real Spain' with breathtaking views and pretty villages to stop for tapas or coffee. In the evening, a short walk will take you to numerous bars and restaurants or you can choose to take a leisurely stroll along the promenade.
Estepona is 5 minutes away by car and this bustling seaside town offers a busy beach with special facilities for children and a wonderful long promenade on which to stoll. There are many opportunities to eat and drink at your leisure and, when you are ready, you can shop in the local town where you will find everything from small local shops to designer clothes outlets. There is a street maket in the town every Wednesday from 9am to 2pm and a smaller one in the port on Sunday mornings which has a wonderful atmosphere.
There are numerous golf courses along this part of the coast, there is also local tennis or you can take a ride in a stretch limo around Marbella or take a trip by boat to see the dolphins. Selwo Adventura is the largest zoo on the Costa del Sol where you can see 2000 animals in their natural habitat. Puerto Banus, a 10 minute drive, offers designer shopping, exciting nightlife and the best tourist market in the area on a Saturday morning.
A 30 minute drive will take you to Gibraltar to ride on the cable car and see the apes. Also duty free shopping. Don't forget your passport!The Costa del Sol has something for everyone, beaches, mountains, hiking, theme parks, night life, various cuisine, history, culture, numerous street markets and plenty of Golf.

Further details indoors:Palmera Apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite facilities and one twin bedroom, a guest bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen, all make it perfect for a family holiday. There is a sitting room with leather sofas for your comfort and a dining table and chairs which will seat 6 people comfortably. A television with DVD player are included for your enjoyment.
Double patio doors open on to a small terrace furnished with table and chairs, which overlooks the communal swimming pool and gardens. To the rear of the property there is a small private garden with a barbeque area and facilities for outdoor eating. The property includes secure underground parking for your carBoth bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment and are fitted with shutters.
They are both fitted with central heating/air conditioning but fans are also provided. There are double wardrobes with plenty of hangers and a hairdryer is included. Plenty of towels are included for use inside the apartment, and more can be provided upon request.
The showers are very powerful and the boiler provides plenty of hot water. You can choose between taking a leisurely bath in the en-suite bathroom or a quick shower in the main bathroom. If you would like the owners to provide special toiletries please let us know - we will have everything ready for you.
Further details outdoors:The apartment complex is securely gated and the pools are strictly for use by residents of Costalita del Sol. There are sunbeds around the pool area and toilet and changing facilities close by. In the evenings the complex is lit with charming terracotta lights.
There are plenty of facilities close by, a large number of high quality restaurants with all types of cuisine, bars of all types, quiet or noisy! There is a good quality Spanish supermarket within walking distance which stocks the best of Costa del Sol's fresh meat, fish and vegetables together with a selection of Spanish and British groceries. The local beach is well kept and never too busy, there are toilet and shower facilities. There is a traditional Spanish beach bar, a more contemporary Cafe Bar and a local garage which stocks British newspapers and freshly baked bread every day.
A generous welcome pack is provided to all our guests and is selected to suit each individual party. Beach towels are provided so that you can save on your weight allowance, ladies, you can bring more shoes instead!The owners live locally and are on hand to deal with any problems or emergencies which may arise during your holiday. We are also available to provide local information upon request.
