The gardens are located on the beach, with two security gates - one leads to the Blue Flag beach and to the inviting Mediterranean sea. The opulent Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool is a must. The other security gate leads to the avenue leading into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk.
The beachside path takes five minutes to walk to Marina Puerto Banus.

Modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, electric kettle and coffee maker... All cutlery, crockery, utensils etc are provided. Washing machine and separate dryer are housed in the utility room. Iron and ironing board is also provided.
There is a serving hatch to the dining area.
