This stunning villa sleeps up to 12 people and is only minutes walk from the beach, Puerto Banus and every local amenity you could possibly need for an absolutely perfect holiday. Accommodation consists of lounge / kitchen / dining room with bar and second lounge area /  5 double bedrooms / 5 bathrooms ( 4 ensuite) / gym / private garden / private heated salt water pool / Jacuzzi / private parking / utility room and games room and is fully air conditioned. The VILLA is situated in a beautiful and peaceful residential street and has the most fabulous views which give way to the most exotic sunsets at night.

South facing, this villa benefits from sunshine from dawn to dusk yet with elegantly designed shaded areas to relax and cool down in. The garden is a delight of foliage and colour with both grass and tiles and the villa itself is designed specially for the holiday maker with every modern convenience imaginable, plenty to entertain both adults and children and the most tasteful furnishings and décor. The SWIMMING POOL has a shallow & deep end, is HEATED & runs on a SALT WATER system – so no more chlorine damage to hair and skin! There is a play house for kids with a slide straight into the deep end for the more adventurous kids and the area around the pool is non slip.

The JACUZZI which seats up to 7 people is sunken close to the pool and is surrounded by foliage with lovely views to the garden and villa. The LOUNGE with marble floors and open fireplace has seating for 12, satellite TV, DVD, video player, music system and internet access.  The elegant DINING ROOM, off the kitchen has fabulous views to the garden, pool and mountains.

It features dining for 10, a second lounge “chill out“ area, mirrored bookcases, & a bar to die for with special light detail in the brickwork, 4 bar stools, fridge, freezer, built in drinks cabinet, music system & dart board. The stylish custom made hand painted wooden KITCHEN features a fireplace, glass bistro table, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge freezer, chrome kettle and toaster, double sink, granite worktops, marble floors, arch to the living room and sliding doors straight to the dining room. The glamorous MASTER BEDROOM has mirrored wardrobes, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system and marble floors.

There are sliding doors which lead to a conservatory and third lounge area. This conservatory then leads straight out to the garden through patio doors. PLEASE note however, the lounge / conservatory is now also doubled up as a games room – with pool table and  board games.

The disguised mirrored doors give way to the exotic ensuite bathroom. The master ENSUITE BATHROOM is a work of art, with marble floors, mirrors and slate tiles. As you enter through the mirrored doors, you first see the double sink area with mirror and chrome details, mahogany furniture, and ample storage, then into the bath area with Jacuzzi bath, large over head window with white laminate glass, & black lacquer cabinet, then behind a white laminate glass screen is the toilet & bidet.

The SECOND bedroom and ensuite bathroom has a double bed and single sofa bed, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, sink, bidet, WC and grey marble designer furniture and quality chrome fittings.    The THIRD bedroom and ensuite bathroom has twin beds, a dressing area, and an ensuite with designer furniture, twin sinks, bath / shower, bidet WC and tons of storage. The FOURTH bedroom and ensuite bathroom has a double bed and a dressing area with another single bed, This bedroom leads into the ensuite bathroom which has bath / shower, bidet, WC and sink all in the best quality furniture and chrome fittings This bedroom also has double doors which can interconnect with the fifth bedroom (or not, as you wish – as both bedrooms also have their own independent entrance).

The FIFTH bedroom is accessed either through the fourth bedroom OR through the gym. It features its own little indoor breakfast area overlooking the garden and has 2 twin beds and mirrored wardrobes. It has sole use at night of the FIFTH bathroom which has a walk in shower, WC and sink.

This bathroom is also accessible direct from the garden and pool, making it a perfect cloakroom to use for everyone in the daytime. Next to this fifth bathroom is also the utility room with washing drying and ironing facilities.                            Whilst in a quiet residential street the SANCTUARY is surrounded by all the amenities you could wish for including a market, banks, hair and beauty salons, restaurants and bars, hotels, chemists, supermarkets, shops, a Casino and a taxi rank only minutes walk away.

  The beach is 5 minutes walk with a huge selection of beach bars and restaurants and the fabulous port of Puerto Banus is only 8 minutes walk from the villa.                                                  .

Extra information about the property

> The villa usually sleeps 10 people but can accommodate 12 with 2 extra beds being provided on request > The additional charge per person (for extra bed / linen / towels) is €150 per week / €30 per night  > Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided > Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival, on departure and every 7 days > Additional cleaning or child-minding can be pre-arranged at a rate of 15 euros per hour > Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for which there is no charge > A welcome pack is provided by request for any booking of 7 nights or more > Bookings are minimum of 7 days peak months and negotiable off peak months > Changeover day is negotiable but normally weekends during peak months > A deposit is required at point of booking and the balance payable in cash on arrival > Stays of less than 7 nights are considered, please contact for nightly prices> A key / security deposit of £ 500 is required on arrival and returned on departure                                                              .
