This luxury, first-floor, apartment is located in a well-established and quiet residential area and is within easy reach of beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is furnished throughout to a high standard, with cream marble flooring and tasteful neutral decor. The living room has patio doors opening onto a small terrace, with unspoilt views of the pool, the gardens and the land stretching down to the sea.
It is fully furnished with flatscreen TV, CD/DVD player and 2 leather sofas. The kitchen has solid granite worktops,mlargte fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms.
