This luxurious, fully air conditioned 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor garden apartment (sleeping up to 5 people with an extra bed) is situated near to Los Flamingos Golf and Country Club and 800 metres from the beach and set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains just inland from the famous Puerto Banus Harbour. Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio García Garrido and built to enhance the beauty of its surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym.
The Apartment has a superb terrace for al-fresco dining, a large outdoor swimming pool. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and ample parking. From the Bel Air you can walk to the beach which is approximately 15 minutes walk away.
Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away (or 15 euros in a taxi) with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. There are shops, bars, restaurants and a bank conveniently located at the bottom of the road that leads to the Bel Air Retiro properties approximately 5 minutes walk away. The village of Cancelada is also a 5 minute walk from the Bel Air properties.
The village of Cancelada offers a nice choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and internet access. Also within a 2 minute walk there are 2 spa centres that have fabulous treatments, one being an Asian Spa http://www. shantisom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, and built-in wardrobes. This room also has an extra bed which can be made up to accommodate a fifth guest.
There is also a guest shower room with walk-in shower. The spacious lounge dining area leads out onto the terrace overlooking the gardens and pool, great for dining al fresco. The kitchen, which has a large open breakfast bar area onto the lounge, is modern and fully-equipped.
There is also a useful utility room. The apartment comes with secure parking.

Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request.
As property is a ground floor apartment wheelchair access is available. Property has automatic security gates operated by access fob and car parking is directly beside apartment entrance. .
