Just minutes from the beautiful Port of La Duquesa on the Sunshine Coast of Spain. Ideal for both families and golfers alike with over 300 days of sunshine every year. The port of La Duquesa boasts a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants and a charming marina.
It's a great place to just stop, relax, and watch the world go by. Options for eating include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, and of course Spanish, not to mention the numerous beach front chiringito's. Tastefully decorated, the townhouse is part of a small gated community with landscaped gardens, 2 swimming pools and a childrens paddling pool.
It is fully air-conditioned, boasting private parking, entrance hall, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area, leading to a sunny patio overlooking the gardens and main swimming pool. The first floor comprises a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small private terrace, a further twin bedded room with a pretty Juliette balcony, and a single bedded room with an additional pull out full size single bed. On the second floor there is a further twin bedded room, and patio doors lead off the landing onto the roof-top terrace which is perfect for a secluded breakfast in the morning sun and private sun-bathing until early afternoon.
