Extra information about the property
25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. The Penthouse is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation. However in the busy times clients will have to adhere to a 10am check out and a 4pm check in to allow for the Penthouse to be cleaned.
