The Travel Trust Association is made up of Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Travel Organisers such as Pogo-Direct. It has existed for over 15 years in order to protect you, the customer by providing one hundred percent financial protection. This means that every penny you pay to us is 100% protected by the Travel Trust Association.
What does our membership of Travel Trust Association mean to you?
It means that you can book your holiday, secure in the knowledge that Travel Trust Association will protect and help you in the unlikely event that your booking is not fulfilled.
Should for example Pogo-Direct financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers and Tour Operators to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, they will administer a claim for a refund of money that you have paid for your holiday.
